Synopsis: Handbook developed within the framework of the S+LOADZ project -Sustainable Digital Loading and Delivery Zones- developed under the umbrella of the 2021 Innovation call of EIT Urban Mobility to accelerate the shift to sustainable and smart city logistics. This project is developed jointly between 5 European commercial partners (Factual, as the coordinator, Parkunload, Ferrovial, Artech Consulting, Keita Mobility Factory), 2 research institutes (Fraunhofer IAO, Université Gustave Eiffel), 4 pilot cities (Métropole du Grand Paris, Vic, Madrid, Ankara) and 1 follower city.
